1. Go to our Home Page & Choose the Search the MLS button

2. Login and Choose 'Start a New Search' under Tools

3. Choose the 'Subdivision Tab' under 'Active Listings'

4. Enter your Subdivision Name, Choose your property type or the type you are interested in

5. Click on the 'Save the Search'

6. Name your Search

8. Then Activate your account via Email
