All About Rentals

The Ed Lang Team is experienced in all types of residential real estate, including rentals. If you are considering leasing your home, we are here to help you with our professional leasing service.   There are two types of leasing services available.

The first service is to find you a qualified tenant. We meet with you and determine your needs, and prepare a market report to determine the fair market rental value of your home. Next, we will market and advertise your home to find you a qualified, credit worthy tenant. As the landlord, you have the final say on which tenant you select. We provide you with the applicant’s information, their income and credit history, their work credentials and of course their rental history.  We will advise you as to which are your best qualified applicants, and the final say is up to you!  Next we put the tenants on a lease agreement, for the agreed upon amount and term, and collect their deposit and rent money, which will be provided to you. Finally, we will do a walkthrough of your property with them prior to their taking occupancy, so that all parties are aware of the condition when the tenants move in.  We also can provide you with a 1 year home warranty to handle any serive issues that may arise with the tenant.

The second service available is Property management.  In the event that you prefer to have a professional handle all dealings with the tenants, over the course of the lease, including payment collection, repairs and emergencies, and routine checks, than this service may be for you.
