1 Year Free Move Guarantee
We understand that unforeseen events can happen, for example a job transfer, which may require that you sell your home unexpectedly. If you want to sell your home within the first year after you have purchased it through Ed, we will *waive our Remax listing side compensation fees. In this case, we MUST represent you in the purchase of another home, or refer you to another Top Producing Remax Realtor, if you are moving out of the area.
*This Guarantee must be part of the Buyer's Agreement when you purchase, and the Listing Agreement at time to sell, in order to be valid.
